On behalf of Garmin, I wish to apologise about the delay in replying to you. We are currently experiencing high volumes and are working our hardest to answer as soon as possible.

As a matter of fact I have reported this problem myself to the engineering team in first instance when it was pointed out to us by the Italian office.

As this moment in time, this is still being investigated for future correction but be assured I will contact your with an update as soon as there is progress.
