Già mandato mail agli inglesi, alla prima mail mi hanno risposto così:
"Sorry to hear that the battery has had a troubled start. We test all batteries before they leave, and they are only sent if they are fully charged and ready to go. If you could test it, and keep us updated it will be much appreciated."

Nella seconda ho inviato i dati e il video di questa mattina e nella terza di qualche ora fa ho detto che la mantengo in carica per 48h , se il problema permane il 27 li contatto per avere un RMA e ritornarla a loro spese.

A queste due mail non mi hanno ancora risposto
