* Correct problem where units entered a loop of Updating GPS firmware.

Additional fixes **NOT** mentioned by Garmin (shame on you folks!!)

* Route recalculation bug : Sort of fixed when routes are send to the 660. *NOT* fixed when routes are send to the SD card.
* Altitude above 1000 meters are shown correctly..
* Some bleutooth connection fixes.
* Several improvements in phone display
