Thank you for contacting Garmin International.
The GDB_DATABASE.CPP error indicates that there is a corrupt waypoint file that is not allowing the data to be transferred to or from the unit.
Just a few things to check:
1. Update MapSource to the current version, which will also update the waypoint symbols for some of our newer units:

2. Check through the list of waypoints and see if any of the names are duplicated. A typical waypoint name can be no more than 14 characters. You can name it as large of a name as you wish in MapSource, but only the first 14 characters will transfer to the unit. So if any of those names are duplicated, the extras will have to be renamed.
3. You can also make sure that the position format and the map datum being used for the waypoints are correct. Check to make sure that the formats being used are not an invalid selection. Once the correction or deletion of the bad point has been removed or fixed, try the transfer again.
