Could you please let us know whether your BMW is equipped with the new keyless ConnectedRide mount (Part No. 65 90 5 B6C 8C0)? If so, the issue you’re experiencing is likely related to the different communication protocol used by this new mount.

The good news is that this has already been optimized in the 1.6.2 beta firmware. To update your device, please follow the steps below:

Go to Settings on your AIO-6 device.

Tap Update.

In the bottom-right corner, tap “Check Beta Version.”

The system will detect and prompt you to download version 1.6.2.
