A previous comment suggested that the stator was a weak point but the flywheel was changed in 2013 to provide better cooling which has reduced these issues greatly so I would think that you can remove this from being a concern with a 2016 bike.

Thank you! I haven't had any problems so far. Maybe if I happen to open the stator casing during a major service, I'll check the situation a bit
