The mentioned problems, caused by the Bluetooth module of iOS, are really annoying and equally inconvenient for us as for the affected users. However, sometimes things are not as simple as they seem - even if we would wish that in this case! Please be assured that Apple and BMW Motorrad are already working together to find the cause and a remedy. Until this will be available, we can only ask for your patience. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
On the issue with the favorites we already submitted a ticket to the responsible developers. As soon as a solution is available, we will provide it as a bugfix or within one of the next updates.
