Rileggendomi la
Direttiva, all'articolo 2, comma 2, punto 7:
Member States may exclude the following vehicles registered in their territory from the scope of application of this Directive:
vehicles in categories L3e, L4e, L5e and L7e, with an engine displacement of more than 125 cm3, where the Member State has put in place effective alternative road safety measures for two- or three-wheel vehicles, taking into account in particular relevant road safety statistics covering the last five years. Member States shall notify such exemptions to the Commission.
Adesso la lettera ha pių senso.
La Direttiva consiglia revisione periodica per le moto ma permette agli stati di non implementarla, se fanno altre "misure" per la sicurezza in moto.
Il documento “
Implementation report on the road safety aspects of the Roadworthiness Package (2019/2205(INI))” suggerisce che questa esenzione andrebbe tolta.
La FEMA (che a quanto pare mi rappresenta e io manco lo sapevo) dice che no, la revisione obbligatoria per le moto non serve
perchč lo studio citato dalla Commissione non dimostra che moto non revisionate sono pericolose
e che per chi vive a 200km dal centro revisioni č un problema
Chi sono sti jokers della FEMA??
