Finalmente il tempo giusto e le giuste condizioni di luce per le GoPros! Il «Kaiserjäger» – una storica strada militare risalente ai tempi del 1. Guerra mondiale – era il percorso ideale per raggiungere la «temperatura di esercizio» durante le ore del mattino, con le sue curve ombreggiate. Intorno al Passo Manghen, le strade strette e strette sono tutte asfaltate di fresco, ma l’ambiente boschivo ha mostrato ancora chiaramente le tracce dell’uragano del 2018. Il ritorno in questo pomeriggio di sole ha fatto prendere l’appetito per «una deliziosa coppa di gelato nel centro di Caldaro, ma per pedes a causa dell’ampia zona pedonale. . . A proposito, questa gelateria al mercato merita sicuramente una raccomandazione! Sulla via del ritorno all’hotel, i più ostici fecero un’altra deviazione attraverso il Passo della Mendola. Stranamente, da queste riprese della guida manca «ogni traccia. » Chissà se l’ha fatto apposta??
Endlich das passende Wetter und die richtigen Lichtverhältnisse für die GoPros! - Der „Kaiserjäger“ - eine historische Militärstrasse aus Zeiten des 1. Weltkrieges - war in den Morgenstunden mit seinen schattigen Kurven die ideale Wegstrecke, um fahrtechnisch auf „Betriebstemperatur“ zu kommen. Rund um den Manghen-Pass sind die kleinen und engen Strassen allesamt frisch asphaltiert - das waldreiche Umfeld offenbarte jedoch noch deutlich die Spuren des Orkans von 2018. Der Rückweg an diesem sonnigen Nachmittag machte Appetit auf ‘nen leckeren Eisbecher im Zentrum von Kaltern - per pedes allerdings wegen der großzügigen Fußgängerzone... Übrigens, diese Eisdiele am Markt ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert! Auf dem Weg zurück ins Hotel fuhren die ganz Harten noch einen Umweg über den Mendelpass. Merkwürdigerweise fehlt von diesen Filmaufnahmen des Guides „jegliche Spur“. Ob das wohl Absicht war???

Oddly enough, there is "no trace" of this footage of the guide. I wonder if that was intentional.
