Perché c'è scritto che:

"NO BATTERY"
This display appears if the charger is not connected to the battery or the vehicle. Connect the charger directly to the on-board socket or to the poles of the battery taken from the vehicle using the adapter supplied. Red charging clip = plus pole, black charging clip = minus pole. Note: If the display appears although the charger is connected to the on-board socket, it could be that the battery in the vehicle is completely discharged. Charging using the on-board socket is not possible. In this case, disconnect the battery from the vehicle and connect the charger directly to the battery poles.
